Structure reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illnesses listed as contraindications or as deemed by the therapist. Structure has a 24 hour cancellation policy, please cancel within 24 hours otherwise you will be charged full appointment fee.
Outside operating hours: We understand that sometimes our schedules do not allow us to book appointments during regular business hours we may occasionally offer evening and weekend appointments a $20 fee will be added to massage scheduled outside of our regular operating hours. This is only available in Colorado Springs

The correct selection will have the word "Groupon" in front of the service listed.Please include the 8 digit code that is directly underneath the barcode on your Groupon Certificate.
INCLEMENT WEATHER/ Colorado
In the event of a snowstorm or bad weather, Structure will contact you via phone or email for details concerning your scheduled appointment. As a general rule, If school district 11 is closed due to weather so is our clinic, otherwise the clinic will be open on time, unless there is a severe storm or excessive amount of snow.
Cancellation Policy For ALL.
Our time together is precious, we require you to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment, you will be billed the full appointment fee. If you have a certificate, your certificate will become void.
